The same person with a heavy accent calls all the time from a different phone number. I have a log with all scam calls. The IRS does not make PHONE Calls - just ignore. Never call back.

It was quite scary with no name given as to person's name calling but said by a male voice "U.S. Treasur" to a specific name to whom it was for. This was the phone number 559-554-2973. They threatened on 03-10-2016 and intimidated law and judgement against who they were looking for. One could picture in their mind law enforcement coming to one's door to arrest that person and throw them into jail or federal prison. The call was a robot call not a live voice. I was surprised they left a message and didn't hang up. How do they know the person still had that number or still lived in that residence? They mention the person's name whom it was for. Whomever did this just gave out a name that others could know or look up and think that person is a very bad person that the IRS is looking for to punish with a lawsuit and needed to call back to them 559-554-2973. They better hope that the person they supposedly found doesn't sue them for defamation of character for lots of money should the person be told by someone they heard the "Feds" are looking for them!
