William called my business, said he was from as seen on tv and was interested in our products. I explained that in order to go over information we need to see a distribution or retailers license. He cut me off and said "actually I have other companies that I am looking into and I need to ask you 4 questions first." I tried to interject and explain our companies protocols but he then asked again for the 3rd time if I was the marketing contact. I answered "I am one of them, now just so" and he interjected again this is at least 5 times at this point and said what do you mean one? I explained I am his point of contact and before I could say another word he asked why is that? So I told him I was the office manager and (interuption) do you mean that there is no marketing or owner? i answered no I will be the only person he contacts with at this point (interruption) so you have no owner he asked. exasperated I said now come on if (interruption) he copied me literally taunting me. At this point i said have a great day and hung up. I am appalled that if he actually works for As Seen on TV they would have a representative like that.
