Listing in their Yellow Pages online directory. They start out by implying that I already have an account with them and they just want to verify the information. That's when I asked who they were, for their website address, and for their phone number. Then told them this phone was on the Do Not Call list and they should put me on their Do Not Call list. Told them I was going to complain to the FCC which I'm doing now. :-)

I called them back, it was business listing service or something, when I picked it up, they were silent.

Got about 10 calls today from this number, all hang ups. Called back it was some foreign person I said "this number needs to be removed from your calling list, I am on the Do Not Call list and will report these calls." I've made 3 reports today, one for every time it calls my number. The guy responded with WHY then laughed and hung up. Hoping for every time I report it to donotcall.gov they will get the plug pulled.

561-235-7230 is a company that takes phone number's of business' with Web-Sites who's phone numbers are on their web-page and calls to try to sell you a subscriptions to their useless services.... They are rude and abusive.. It doesn't even pay to be nice to them if you happen to answer your phone accidently because they won't hang up until they make a sale. They won't take "NO!" for an answer.....

they are scamming the yellowpages.com directory. They will high pressure to get to the person that ctrls the yellowpage listing. They offer to update your listing. They ask you to answer prerecorded questions and the last one is to confirm to 'pay' for a service then they say they will cancel the service. The scam is that wneh you confirm to pay they get a commission then when you cancel they still get paid, they may not cancel the service and you end up having to pay for the first month of the premium service. ATT/Yellow pages confirmed the scam. The group uses a US trunk line connected VoIP from overseas.
