A Mr. Kirkpatrick keeps calling my husband. He claims that he owes money through Advanced Medical. Make threats to serve him with papers, and that my husband should call a lawyer. When my husband did call back, this gentleman gets really rude and loud. Refuses to offer any information...other than to say that my husband will be served with papers. This is a scam. We have no outstanding debts. Do NOT fall into this guy's trap.

Says I'm about to be sued by a doctor and I'll be or should have already received papers which is all a scam

This guy has been calling myself and somehow got my family's numbers and has started harassing them too. He is claiming to be have the police show up at my house and he's coming after me in court that he's trying to get in touch with my attorney. There are countless similar stories online if you look up his number. He's a crook. I don't even owe money in collections besides a $34 Balance from 2010. I'm going to report him for harassment.

This number called my elderly In-Laws wanting $100 or so dollars for medical supplies that medicare/Medicaid would not pay for. When I called the number back I asked his name and then I asked for the company name and the man stated that I was asking too many questions and hung up in my face. This is a scam. My in laws were ready to go to town and put the money on a green dot card as they were instructed to do...Please warn your elderly family members and friends.
