Indian man called about 4 times today asking about a "recent bladder surgery". so annoying

These guys will not give up. They call here 3 or 4 times a day and I usually ignore the call after reading other peoples posts. Today, I decided to answer the call - what a joke! This man who could barely speak English called me by name and said something about some recent surgery that I had. I told him to remove my name from his list and quit calling here that I was tired of the 3 or 4 calls a day. He insisted it was the first time that he had called and continued to talk as I was telling him to stop the calls. I kept yelling at him and he just kept jabbering about my surgery (which I never had) and he just ignored me. I finally screamed at him and told him to stop calling or I would file a complaint with the FCC and hung up. What is the problem with these people. This is so annoying and I wish we could get it to stop. When I call the number they supposedly called from, I just get a busy signal. UUUUGGGGH!!!!
