VOIP Caller is a VOICE OVER INTERNET PROTOCOL Number. they are using Computers now...only way to avoid is not to answer

Yes, they called me about some vague warranty. They asked if I wanted to speak to someone about warranty problem; I said yes, then they hung up. Tried calling back; constant busy signal.
