"Officer Michelle White from the Internal Revenue Service". I have received a number of calls saying the same thing over the past few weeks. This time she said this is "officially a final notice from the IRS." I keep blocking the number and they try from a different one. I know the IRS would send me a letter if there truly had been a legal petition notice concerning tax fraud against me, so I know it is a scam.
