Calling over and over again, I'm notifying "Do Not Call"

Early OEP keeps calling several times a day to try to talk to me about health insurance. I don't know how they got my number, but they call all hours of the day. There is an option (press 2 to be removed from the call list). I've tried this several times and still receive calls.
