Caller stated he was Jeremy Brown from Law Offices of Howard Fletcher. Stated there was a lawsuit against me for an unpaid payday loan from Payday USA. If I don't pay it back immediately I will be arrested and suit will be filed. I told them to call my attorney and he asked for the name and number so I gave him one out of the phone book. Told him it was a civil attorney and he said he would call him! HA! These people tried to scam me before and called from a different number (626-239-3142). So beware and tell them to POUND SAND!
