Calling my cell with the same number and the name says Alex Alex. No message left.

This number kept calling on my cell phone but would not leave a message. I finally answered it and they said that if we paid over $50 a month to FP&L each month, that they could save us money with a home energy review. I asked what company she was calling from and she said "Florida Energy Center". When I asked to be put on their Do Not Call list, she said they didn't have one. I asked for their mailing address, and she hung up. Can you say SCAM?
And my cell number is not listed on our mortgage, so why would they ask if I was the homeowner?

They are calling me several times a day and I'm on the do not call list!
Caller asks if you are FPL customer. When you respond - hangs up. Trying to sell solar power installations, based on the hundred or so calls I have received on various phone numbers. What happened to the Do Not Call law?
Repeated annoyance rings on my ATT iPhone, seen as missed calls.
