This was the service department at Delray Honda reminding me about my appointment for service.

Yep Delray Honda. If you ever had a car serviced there, even on a recall, they will call you. A real person left me a voicemail saying my car was due for servicing but did not say what kind of service. Must have been slow day in service department.

When returning the call to #56+1-404-5614, I received a recording saying it was "Delray Honda". Since I no longer drive a Honda, I guess they want to sell me one????
