The Premiere Investigations using a (561) or (855) number based out of Miami is a FRAUDULENT company. There is a Premiere Investigations out of Margate Florida that is the legitimate one. The Miami company stole the name and information from the real Premiere to gain leverage into scaring people to pay made up debts. The REAL Premiere Investigations is based out of Margate Florida and has been in business for over 17 years. The company has only ONE employee and this company does NOT handle any debts what so ever. The real Premiere Investigations ONLY handles private investigator work NO BILLS OR DEBTS. The current owner of the real Premiere has been dealing with this problem for over a year now. If someone from Premiere calls you saying you owe money please just hang up and report them. The ONLY person that would call you from Premiere would be TERESA (Company owner; sole employee). The real Premiere has retained a lawyer for this purpose and is working indefinitely on getting this scam resolved. PLEASE IGNORE THIS FAKE COMPANY!!!! It is hurting the business for the real one which again, IS NOT A DEBT COLLECTING SERVICE AND NEVER WAS.

I have been receiving calls & voicemail messages for a Kenneth Williams for over a year. Received a today, the rep couldn't even find this name & wanted me to stay on the phone while he continued to look for it. Told HIM I was hanging up & reporting the calls, number, etc to the police & the attorney general. So if anyone calls you from 315 913 0005 or Premier Investigations do the same thing I did & repot them.

Look up the FDCPA laws. This company is in violation of several of these laws! Money coups be awarded to you. Repeated calls after telling them to stop...calls outside of collection hours 8am-9pm varies by state. Look into the laws! This company needs to stop! Take action against them. Report unfair collection practices.

Same as others, multiple calls, incomplete voicemails left. I do not answer Zombie Debt collectors, and Congress should shut down this loophole for companies. If they take a deduction for uncollected debts, they should not be able to sell it to these scumbags.
