They are scammers They try to obtain your credit card number by telling you that they can either lower your rate or get you up to 55% of your debt reduced. The problem is, they have some sort of system where the call will look like it is coming from any random city in the United States. It is always different. You cannot call the number back. If you do you only get a recording saying that it cannot go through. I literally receive on average 2 to 4 of these every week. Sometimes I mess with them and have succeeded in wasting approximately 12 minutes of their time before they figured it out. They then swear at you and insult you and have even threatened me. If you tell them that you're on the do not call list they hang up on you. I have probably blocked at least 30 or 40 of the numbers. I don't know if it actually even does any good or not.

Just received a call ....knew they were a scam ....asked them where they were calling me from ......she replied "Afganistan " ......asked her why she was calling me .....she replied " Do you want to buy a dildo ? And also made a few nasty remarks ...... Have blocked the number .......Unbelievable ...... Trash

yes they called me requesting Credit card info to lower my interest rate. I didn't provide them with any information. must be a scam I will have the number blocked...

Called cellphone and didn't leave message.

Just recieved a call from this number did not answer because Idid not reckonize the number. They called my cell phone, not landline.
