Gary DuMonto - no business name given
They called my mobile phone at 6:10 in the morning! This is absurd!! They didn't leave a message, as usual, just 4 seconds of heavy breathing. This was their twelfth call to my mobile after Ive started monitoring and reporting them I wonder if the FTC has their case built against them yet.
I called them and asked them to stop calling me, filed a report about the call, and then they called again 2 hours EXACTLY to the minute after I first called them. Clearly they believe they are above the law. I might get a lawyer.
I called them back after they called my mobile 6 times. Girl answered "First Financial Asset, can I help you?" I said "Yes, you can stop calling me?". She paused, then said "Why?". She didn't ask my name or anything. I said "Because I'm on the National Do Not Call Registry". She then said "thank you" and hung up still without getting my name or anything. I do not know this company, do not nor ever have done business with them. It is my understanding that businesses involved in telecommuncations have the responsibility to find out and exclude those on the National Do Not Call List. First Financial Asset has repeatedly month after month failed to do this. First Financial Asset should be investigated by the FCC, the FTC for violation of any laws and I suggest the FBI look into them as well(for fraud).
Call Control hung up on them this morning. They called my mobile for the first time, but used to call my home. All my numbers have been listed on the National Do Not Call List for several months.
