Spam call threatened arrest imminent. About $ owed IRS

I just received a similar message that stated I was going to be arrested today if I did not return the phone call and they wished me good luck.

I received a similar message on 8/12/16 6:42PM Eastern. I hope they are caught and prosecuted.

IRS is claiming that if I don't call back, i'll be going to court and wishes me the best of luck. Isn't this a federal offense if they are claiming to be a with the goverment and aren't. This is a phishing call, i kind of want to call them back and screw with them.

Robo-call leaves a recorded message stating you need to call them before this goes to court to avoid going to jail. Then proceeds to wish you luck if you fail to return their call.
