Yes, officer, IRS warrent for my arrest at my arrest....scared me

I have received 2 of these calls in about 2 weeks time! Both times have scared me really bad. The first time I called my local police and made a report. This time I just hung up on them. They told me I have an arrest warrant out for Tax fraud. The person said they were an officer for the IRS. It scares me because they know my Social security # and my address!
