I'm not sure who or what the number is. My phone said Florida number, however, that doesn't mean they ate actually calling from Florida.

calls and hangs up and calls in the early morning like 6 am

They called several times and there was dead air. I call back in interest and got from the message machine that this is "Eduction Finder". My best guess it's an online college education number wanting you to sign up for college.
