A recorded message said that they were calling about my credit cards and an offer that will expire soon with an option to press 1 to speak with someone. I pressed one. A live person answered "Card Services". I told him that my number was on the do not call list. He sarcastically said "really? really?..." then hung up on me

Calling to lower your credit card rate to as low as 6.9%. Did not give a name, just "your credit services", and urgency as to it being a "final notice, so act now"

It states that by responding I can lower my Credit card intrest rates. Press a number to be connected to a live person or press another to be taken off their call list when you do the computer hanges up then they will call back days later.
