I sent this call to voicemail. Caller threatened legal action and arrest if I don't call back this number in 24 hours. This is a California area code.

IRS Scam - threatened the police were on their way to take me into custody. Said to call back at that same number to work things out. Probably the authorities in the country of India should take action again and see if they can catch the Baboon scum-bags?
