This phone number is a VoIP number powered by Google Voice and it belongs to a small group of Nigerian Scammers. The number is redirected from a California area code and fake number and is redirected to the scammers in Nigeria. They conned my sisters husband out of thousands of dollars in a inheritance scam, If they call you, please report it to police.

Caller: Nigerian Scammers claiming their names are Theodore Swan, Mercy Swan, Frank Deegan, Aminah Smith and Mayowa Abass.
