Same guy with indian accent calls my house and cell phone and also where i work. I tell him not to call again and i dont owe anything but he keeps calling anyway. My adult daughter and husband have both cussed him out and told him to stop harrassing me but he justs calls my job or my cell phone after that untill next day then before nine am he will start again. I told him i knew it was a scam because no legitimate attorney would have someone who couldnt speak clear english call to collect a debt. He's really getting on my nerves and my familys and even worse my employers.

The call i recieved today early this morning at the crack of ass, this indian man named David, threatened me saying i owe his company money, and i dont owe anybody, he called back a million times so i let my bf answer, he called from the 5623144852 number a few times, then he called from an unknown number all the other times, so my bf told him that this is his phone number and it doesnt belong too anyone else, so then the threats started, hes gonna send federal agents too my house and job. and then i told him im a federal employee, so he couldnt access my place of work, or if he didnt have security clearance he cant access my placce of residence either, then he got quiet, but i guarantee that hell be calling back, everyone should report him to the feds....

They keep calling my cell phone at all hours of the day all day. Jack Aderson is claiming I need to call him back imediately and do not ignore the calls they are extremely time sensitive. He is also an Indian you can hardly understand him.

i received several calls from an indian man and number didnt show up it just said incoming. i checked voicemail and it said my name is john watson and this is an intense matter., you and your attorney of record need to call me today. if you dont God bless you. then he left number 562 314-4852. I called back he asked my attorney name and to spell it . also what was his number. i said name and gave number. I called my attorney office. i spoke to my mom and she said it was a scam don't get upset let my attorney handle it. i decided to google #562 and saw so many complaints with the same information i had. when my lawyer called back he took the number and said he would call.I said i looked online and i know it was a scam. thank u all for helping me. they had called back unknown and i called and got noone the 3rd time.

This # has called me several times and it is the same indian person when i got the number to call back they didn't want to transfer me to the Mike Robinson that i was suppost to be talking to. The man that answered the phone just wanted to ask me questions that i was not willing to answer. When i ask them questions they don't want to answer me.

I received 2 calls from these Indian people saying if i didnt call they couldnt help me and god bless...i knew right away if i owed money to somoene they wouldnt be telling me "god bless"!! first they called with the 562 # then called back and it came up uinknown. It is a total scam do not call back!!

they call me too at my job im going to call my local FBI ON THEM

This number called my grandmother today saying that i was using her credit cards and they were indicitng me for fraud. she is very sick and they had her a nervous reck.i tryed explaining to my grandma this sounds like a scam to get her imformation. I think she gave them my number they called me 20 times today well rather yesterday too. i hope see didnt give out her account info or ssn. it seems like they are preying on elderly people. If they call me again i am answering and i will cus them out. btw these are cell phones they are calling.I hope my grandmother doesnt anwser them again. i wonder what I can personal do. and i just tryed calling that number it says its disconnected.

These people called me about 8 months ago saying that I had a medical bill that had to be paid immediately or they were going to file a lawsuit. When I pressed them to get me a copy of the claim in writing, they continued to insist that I pay it with my credit card immediately. I insisted that I needed a copy of the bill in writing and then I would take care of this if I knew what that claim was, the amount and from what doctor's office. When I continued to insist on a bill in writing, they finally hung up. I haven't heard from them since until today. I again had a message on my voice mail for either me or my attorney to contact them immediately. How do I report them to the FBI?

I have received calls from these people since March 2010.I have turned them into the Colorado Attorney Generals office as well as the Federal Trade Commission.I have a contact person at both agencies that I report to every time they call.I got 2 calls today from a man with a very thick Indian accent,Austin White,from the American Legal Sources or Services..He said that it was very important that I call him back on his messege.I answered the 2nd call,he asked for me,I told him that this was no longer that persons number but then asked if I could take a messege to see what he would say..He said that this is a legal matter of importance.I told him to STOP calling,we had turned him into the FBI,his response was OH !!! and then silence..We'll see how long it takes before he calls back,which I am sure he will.This is definitely a scam per the agencies I've spoken to as well as knowing I don't have any outstanding debts,etc...This is very annoying,not only do they call my cell phone but also my office.Pam

They called our house, cell phone and my husbands job.
Claimed that my husbands social was involved in a medical lawsuit.
I called teh number back and then did a web search. Major SCAM!!!
Claiming to be from American Legal Services, which they are not. THE ALS website even has it listed that ther eis a SCAm going around.
I advised the caller Josh Matthews that I knew he was a scammer, that he and the number were reported to the local FBI and to stop calling. He said he was going to keep calling but he hasn't since I advised him of that.
CONTACT YOUR LOCAL FBI RIGHT AWAY TO FILE A COMPLAINT!!!

these people keep calling my house at least 5 times a day, I finally told them that the person they are looking for does not live here, 2 minutes later they called back with a heavier indian accent and swore at me, I think we should all call our local police, anyone know how to stop them?

They have been calling me for sometime and saying that they are from law firm and there is a lawsuit in my name for check fraud. Each time the caller was a different guy, all of them with heavy indian accents. I am sick of them calling, these people are crooks!
