Jennifer Miller... this is a debt collection scam, they call you saying they have legal documents to be delivered. They then tell you that they are taking legal action against you for debts that are way past the statute of limitations but they can offer you a settlement to stay out of court, you were never going to go to court in the first place, very unprofessional and sounded like a kid in high school.
