Got call from 562-387-1428 I answered right away but it got disconnected, called back it's disconnected right away no one answers, I think it's a spam call.

Sitting at my desk when suddenly I get a phone call from 562-387-1428, I did not answer the call since I did not recognize the number. I called it from a landline and got 5 seconds of music and automatically hung up. I am on a do not call register and wonder how these folks got my number.

Number has called me multiple times a day for last week or two. When I answer, call disconnects! When I try to call back, "all circuits are busy"
