I get a call from this number about every other day. I have caller ID so I know when not to answer. I have my numbers listed on the do not call list but I guess that does not mean anything. I am sick and tired of this scam artist calling my number!

This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call list in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and again by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. They fail to provide a phone number when asked or a physical address when asked, yet further violating the TCPA. Their recording states that the victim can make thousands of dollars every week just using their automated network marketing system with little up-front investment. This is clearly a pyramid scheme. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.
