Intimidating voice posing as "Fraternal Order of Police", threatens "this call is recorded". Likely just telemarketing fraud, because in all prior dealings with the FOP I have encountered friendly 'charitable' sounding folks sincerely interested in community outreach, not just out reaching into unsuspecting innocent folks' pockets.
