Our caller ID reads 'Mark Green'; we don't know this number so we ignore the call from seeing the caller ID. But when we did try to answer it, there was no reply on the other end; no messages ever left.

Called and said they were from a county program and had programs to fix up our house. My wife gave them no information. I tried calling back to confirm my suspicion that they were scammers and thieves-sure enough, I get a recording that say "sorry for the inconvenience, goodbye." What a joke! Obviously, what county or county sanctioned program calls from a number you can't call back to. Caller id said "Mark Green" which I suspect changes about as often as the phone number. Worthless scum of the earth scammers.
