Same here! It's some Indian man asking for personal information and when you deny owing the IRS he hangs up on you.

I just go a recorded message saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and to call back. NOT!
they left a message saying they were the IRS and that there was a law suit against me. I doubt it.
