Got a call from this number, called back, but number does not exist. I then put it in my blocked caller list.

This person.. shall we say of a middle eastern decent. Called my phone. Then said and I quote" I didn't call you". Well here's the deal I do not now nor have I ever had a credit card so why would I call a company to lower the rates on my NON-EXISTENT credit cards.. this call comes through as an Iowa area code however it is not from Iowa. Rude rude and rude! To you my rude little friend yep I am an American yep I am a women and yes I'm way too smart to fall for your scam. People if you didn't apply for consolidation help please don't feed into things like these.

They called my cell I did not answer, tried to call it back and it is not a good number.
