I just want to know everyone knows about these jerks yet nothing is done about them - their phone calls were even used in a congressional hearing as a sample of nuisance rip offs - we should flood the representatives and sent offices with complaints

I have just taken to following the same script. You (fill in adjective explicatives) (add more noun explicatives). I am going to ((verb) put in anything you want) and you will pay when you ((dire, painful sadistic) adjective of your choice).
Most of the time, these idiots don't know what to say, since they only have 2 brain cells if that. If they do respond, keep explaining, in detail, what you want to do to them or see done to them. It won't stop the calls, but will probably make you feel better.
