I didn't answer. he left a message saying he was with FBI and that I was being sued and that I should call back as soon as possible. He left number and hung up.

This number said they are IRS an I owe them that is not true I blocked this number they call me on another

I didn't answer so they left voice messages with recording starts with "..this case file please call immediately on our department number 567-230-5703. I repeat 567-230-5703. thank you."

looks like a scam.

I received a call from an alleged IRS Federal Agent, in a heavy Indian accent. He informed me that I had failed to report $5,000 worth of income for tax years 2010-2015. I suspected a scam, I asked him for his Federal Agent ID number and he became panicked but not before he told me that I would be arrested at my home in 14 hours if I didn't agree to pay the money. He claimed that all my properties would be seized and all accounts levied upon to satisfy the judgment. He claimed the IRS had sued me. Interesting, I have no such lawsuit against me. I am pursuing a federal investigation into these scammers and certainly hope that might prevent them from doing this to other people.

Got a call, no message. Called back and it is reported as disconnected. SCAM ALERT!
