Lower interest rates on credit cards. Call is a recorded message, so there is no opportunity to ask them not to call back. I have recieved many repeat calls from this advertiser, but did not record other dates/times.

"Cardholder Services" [Please ref. FCC Order DA-07-977A1 (2007)] offered to lower our credit card rate. I punched through to a live operator and asked to have our number removed from their call list. The response was "I want you to come over here and give me a blow job." I repeated my request and got the same response.
