These people are rude and use scare tactics to scam people. I've filed a complaint with the FTC. Everytime they call, you should as well.

Same Indian guy called me today 8 times, threatening I had a pending court case against, me low and behold I checked the records in Hamilton Ohio and no court case is filed. Had my social number and everything! Can't believe the nerve.... tried saying I owed $410 with court cost, processing fee's and loan.... REALLY? court costs are about $400 by themselves! What a joke,he was just trying to get money, what a scam artist.

I rec'd calls from this number as well doing the same thing claiming they are from some lawyers office or associate, finally got more information they were calling claiming I owed some USA Cash Advance I got several times which I never did ! they then read off my SS# banking info well lets just say they were turned in to the Fed Trade Commission as soon as I got off the phone with the FTC low behold they called me back again the crooks on the other line stated that I owed exactly what my debt is in my credit file what an bunch of pussies I am wondering if they are aware that the FBI and the FTC is on them by now ?? if you get such an call please do not talk to them just hang up, if do answer repeat these words "DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN " this will end the calls or better yet say no to all their questions also say never rec'd any cash advance do not know why are you calling in the first place ? how did you get such info I told them I suspect they hacked into the system of lenders added their software stolen tons of private information is the reasons they has sensitive information such banking info and social security number so be aware what website you apply for cash advance its best to go in person these days just my opinion

the same indian guy (horible phone connection, had to be calling from overseas) told me i had an unpaid balance on a payday loan and i was going to be charged with fraud if i didnt pay the loan off. he couldnt seem to keep his story straight and eventually he hung up on me. i wish id asked him if this brilliant scheme ever really worked.

They have left me several harrassing messages over the course of a year, and after I called them back and preceeded to clue them in on to what exactly I would do to them physically and legally once I got off the plane in Attica Ohio and made it to their location I was told that they made a mistake and I would no longer be receiving calls from their offices. None the less though I will be on a plane at 5:27 destination Ohio

i have had 2 phone calls from this man.... the first was that i was involved in a court case that was going to court tomorrow and it would be on my credit report after court... and the second time he called me he asked me how big my boobs were.... then i had my lawyer call him back and run a tracer on him... it came up as attica ohio and my fiance googled the number and it came up as attica ohio also.... somewhere between findlay street and s. main st.

I had a call from this number I am so sick of them calling me they said that I will go to jail if i do not call him back I had this call time after time whey can not the phone comp do something about these calles. number is 567-248-7504

indian guy saying my security is on the line. same ass holes harassed me a few months ago until I had to cuss him out. He called back and left a voice message saying he was going to fuck my wife (i'm not married)

they are harrassing me, calling up to 10-15 times per day
