Had a call from this number at 6:21 am representing himself from Legal Affairs of Treasury Department. The guy had an Indian accent and there was background noise as if some other were having similar conversation like a call center. I had experienced similar calls and so asked if the Department of Treasury is open at 6:20 am? He just hanged off.

I laughed at first because I thought he said "Dennis Quaid." Didn't even say my name when he called.
