they are scammers. they actually threatened me that would destroy our computer system at home if I didn't work with them. they are horrible people.

Scammed call. They called me and told me that my network was being hacked. I gave them a CC number so they can fix the problem with my network.

Voice sounded Indian to me. They claimed to be working with the FBI and they needed me to do some things with my computer to give them access. I'm not that dumb.

This is a SCAM!! BEWARE!! The caller, "Charles Swanson", has a Eastern Indian or Middle Eastern accent. He indicated he was from Comcast Customer Care. Indicated my computer was infected and sending out annoying emails. Threatened to delete and/or close my Comcast email account. He wanted remote access to my laptop, bank accounts and passwords. SORRY, NOT IN THIS LIFETIME!! Just HANG UP on this guy!!

They called me......and said that my computer is infected i showed my computer .......to them they fixed my computer ...and it's working fine they are great people...and they didn't charge anything.

This is a scam. The caller has a thick accent and in at least one instance has referred to himself as "Frank." Do not offer any information to this caller; he is not able to see what is going on with your computer to know that it is "infected." If you give him your email information or credentials you are setting yourself up for identity theft down the road. Protect your information.

Just received two calls from middle eastern man saying my email account would be blocked. I hung up.

Do not answer this number 567-263-9717. They want to have access to your computer to keep you safe from hackers. It is a scam. they were told not to call again and called another 4 times. We had to threaten them with the police.
