"Due to a deregulation, their 'friendly' people can assist in SUBSTANTIALLY lowering your electric bill." They were "fishing" for my PECO account number - I DO NOT have PECO. This company calls under various names at least 3 times a day with the same recorded message.

Switch electric service from my current carrier.
Caller refuses to take me off calling list, has foreign accent. Will not give any company name or address info when requested and just hangs up upon request of this info or my demand to be removed from calling list.
