Good news, I got a way to stop these phone calls; call 866-246-7196 and give the caller's phone number to verify it's on their list and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list. I gave the person a few phone numbers and this one was on their list the other two phone numbers wasn't. I waited their 1-2 business days processing time and it did stop these calls.
