Received VM today from Jonathon Knight. Stating he was from the IRS and that I had committed fraud by withholding information on my taxes. Gave me a badge number but no return number to call him back. Could hardly understand him with his accent

I got a phone call today from Johnathon Knight badge number 46719 saying that for the last 7 years I was Fraudulent on my taxes and owed the IRS $5125.0. When I asked to speak with someone that I could understand, I was transferred to Mark O'Conner who gave me the law number 1928, along with my arrest warrant number and case number. I muted my cell phone and called my local police station and had them check me for any state or federal warrants and I was completely cleared. But still scared me to death when I first got the call. Why isn't that sort of thing something that can be prosecuted? Who can I call and make a complaint to?

I got a call from this number saying I committed tax fraud and needed to pay him money. It's obviously a scam and he is committing phone fraud. I reported him to the ITC.

I got the call this morning saying that i have an arrest warren out for my arrest and i need to go surrender my self to the local police. I ask him why ajd where he was calling from. He from Washington and that I have been robbing the IRS that i have audit back from 2010, 2011, 2012 for the sum of $2500 abd that I need to go to office depot and get a government bond to pay it before 10 am tomorrow or i will get arrest. Got the same phone call today and I reported it to the IRS (Treasury Inspector General For Tax Administration) Website. Everyone that receives this phone call needs to report it to the IRS immediately that way he can be prosecuted.

Telling me that they found a discrepancy in my taxes in August and I'm hiding from IRS. He works for Federal Investiations at IRS, badge number 06719. The phone number he called from is 571-210-5961. I called it twice and it rings for 6 times and disconnects.

I got a message from "officer Johnathan Knight" badge #46719 that said there was a warrant out for my arrest and was even nice enough to give me my warrant ID number. I called back and sounded very concerned and he hung up on me..lol..so, I called back again and he told me to go F*** myself..

OMG....I almost believed it......I received a call from this guy yesterday 03/09/15 around 2:30pm while I was at work he told me he worked for the IRS and asked me if I was aware that I had a warrant arrest because I was audited on my taxes and I had made fraud for the past 10 years at this time I didn't know it was a scam so he continued saying you owe the IRS $4,735 that needs to be paid within 2 hours...I said OK what do I need to do...he said go to your bank withdraw the money and afterwards go to an Office Depot and buy the pre-loaded visa cards and load them with the money...when he said that then it clicked...I thought why would the IRS ask for gift cards...so I asked Is Ralph's gift cards ok for you (being sarcastic) he said I'm not playing I said Im not either....LOL....so I went to the police station to report him but they couldn't do anything because this number is of a prepaid phone and cannot be tracked.....SO PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THIS GUY ITS A SCAM.....THAT I ALMOST BELIEVED.

I got a called today 3/10 from Mr. Jonathan Knight. He told me that the IRS did a review of my taxes rom 2006-2013 and I owe them $6,497.29. He said that the IRS is about to file a lawsuit against me if I did not pay that today. He said that I could pay it in cash or with a debit card. I let him talk. I go the feeling things was not right. So while I had him on the phone, I Googled his number and this website came up. I then asked him for his employee number and he said "do you want my employee badge number and he proceeded to give it to me (C4849). So I let him talk and I continued to let him speak. I then cut him off and told him that I would call him back.
With so many comments on this website, why can't they police do something about this guy? He is going to get someone. He almost got me. Something told me that this did not sound right because if I owed the IRS money, I should receive something in the mail and not a voicemail. Thank you guys for the comments. You stopped me from getting scammed out of a lot of money.
