After being harassed up to four times a day being called from NCO Financial Services, I sent them a registered letter, return receipt asking for written proof that a debt is owed and also to cease the phone calls at home and on my cell.

No return receipt received and the calls continue.

Before the letter was sent did talk to a alleged supervisor that had disturbing personal info (birthday, SS) but who hung up on me after I demanded written proof of debt owed and refused to give a credit card number to charge payments to that they repeatedly asked for.

I have been getting calls for this number once a week now.They do ask for a beth, I have told them several times that there is no Beth here and never has been. When I ask to speak to a eupetvisor thy hang up on me. I have called the number and it will answer with a recording and then disconnect.
