I use the Hiya caller id blocking app. I get dozens of calls from this group, which shows up on the text portion of the caller id as "DD". They are difficult to block because the calling number is often different. They use "neighbor spoofing" so the the calling number frequently appears to be from my local area code and prefix (first 6 digits).
