I got the same call. I'm in California. Heavy Indian accent saying he is an office of the IRS. Told me to call him back urgent or have the attorney call back. Laughed about the call but tried to call him back light this scumbag scammers up. It's busy every time I call. How do I press charges.

Exact same scenario as with Reese. Received call on 6/1/16 at 2:06pm Pacific time. I didn't answer the call because I didn't recognize the number. Total SCAM. Caller ID shows the number is from Occoquan, VA.

Yup. Said I would be sorry if I didn't call. Said he would be sad for me as this situation "unfolds" on me.. Too bad I won't have the chance to "unfold" a situation on the poor bugger. Obvious scammer that only a fool would sucker for.

Called on 6/1/16 just before 1:00 p.m. Pacific Coast time. Claimed to be an officer from Virginia calling because I owed money to IRS. Very heavy accent. Some of the things he said:
This call is for YOU. You need to call in the next 40 minutes or ... (didn't understand) Said he would take a call from me or my attorney. Apparently a recorded message since I could not interrupt him to say telephone fraud is a serious FCC violation. HANG UP ON THESE CRIMINALS.
