Appears to be some sort of Mortgage or debt fraud. Recvd a text from "Max" offering to buy land that I don't own, with a PIN that doesn't match our county numbers, for 600k. Searched the number online & found 1 entry that indicates a call ppl have recv'd from this same number from a Max. This is definitely a fraud attempt.
