I called him out on it and told him he's sick!! No response back.

I just got a call from this guy he said he needed childcare would charge 200 a week and his name is chris wife is karen have a 3 year old zach then he sent pictures of them and asked if i got pictures then calls and asks off questions saying ill talk to my wife and get back to you

just like the rest of you i experienced the same thing and same story he contacted my wife on craigslist about her ad but unfortually i am a cop and i traced his number his name is charles arthur christian. he is a registerd s*x offender living in hernando florida i advice you all to contact your local law enforcement regarding him he needs to be stoped he is a very dangerous man his birthday is 07/08/1961 his address is 4875 N Maple Ter

My husband and I placed an add on Craigslist looking for a room to rent. I only received texts from him stating him an his wife Karen had room. I told him our names and I couldn't text just yet. He asked me to call around 12 today.
I decided to look up number as we live in the Hampton Roads area of VA and the area code was for Northern VA. Glad I checked here. Sounds suspicious. Thanks for posting. I hope no one falls victim.

I just received a call from this number tonight. He saw my Childcare ad on craigslist. Never put my number on there before and will be taking it down! Sounded very convincing that him and his wife, Karen were needing care for their 2 year old son, Zachary. After asking many questions about what pets I have, my experience, qualifications, where my husband works, and other typical pre-screening questions, he then stated he would call back after talking with his wife on when we would meet. Five minutes later he calls back asks something else and I assure him I can text my references to him. Then he explains he does survey calls and asks if I have 2 minutes to do one. I agree hesitantly. He then says something I couldn't understand but all I do make out is "the survey will be about something very personal, about sex. Is that ok?" I replied, "No, that's not ok." Very creepy...
