We receive calls from this number regularly. Since the Caller ID says "Unknown Name" and we are not familiar with that exchange we don't answer the calls.

They called me on Saturday and I picked up. They said they were calling on behalf of Citibank and the call would be recorded.

We've had several calls from this number, which were never answered because the Caller ID says "Unknown Name" and the number is not familiar. However, the callback number they left with their message was (800) 285-3417. They left no indication as to the purpose of the call.
