"Hello, this is Vicki calling about new low rate final expense plan" - click - trying to get you to call back - because the call was "disconnected" - so, they can't be charged for calling a number on the "do not call list" - because "they called us".....NOPE!! I AM NOT THE ONE!! I get this call MULTIPLE times a day - from different numbers each time.
