Satisfaction survey for hospital
didnt answer and glad i didnt based on the comments...
I just reported them to donotcall.gov. I had just RE-REGISTERED for donotcall.gov LAST WEEK, too!!! I got this call today at 2pm but I didn't hear my phone ringer

Kira, this outfit is a survey taker. Survey takers are not like other teleharassers. They can call anyone, and can ignore the national Do Not Call registry. Perhaps you were notified of this, when you reported them. If not, that Web site should be fixed so that it will help eliminate this kind of confusion.
Sadly, the survey people got their lobbyists to create a law which forces hospitals to use their services!!!!
You're on the right track with reporting, but the wrong part of the government. FTC, FCC, the agency which administers the survey requirement, and all elected officials, however, would all be appropriate.
FTC and FCC can do little, but if they get enough complaints, they may be motivated to look into the possibility of making new rules. Moreover, if they get enough complaints, they may look and actually find some part of the law Press Ganey is ignoring, and slap them on the wrist.
The ones that will be the hardest to get on our side are the ones who we really need to influence. Unfortunately, they profit from this mess: The politicians who are in the pockets of those lobbyists. However, if enough of us are persistent enough, over a long enough period of time, and if we get mean about it, they may decide it's in their own selfish best interest to give us a few protections.
