They have called our home phone leaving their threatening, harassing message on our voicemail. But the are call a person whom we have never heard. We have gotten over 6+ calls, even though they were told no one of that name lives at that number.

This is a spam, related to similar Florida #s 352-403-0605 & 352-403-0522. They call saying your local county court offices haved filed allegations with them against you and are wanting to try and settle out of court. If you refuse too, they threaten to seek you at your place of employment and residency.
I have called my local courts and prosecutor and they advise to tell them to call the local prosecutors office if they truly have any allegations against any person.
And if they do seek you out call local authorities IMMEDIATELY
