Did not record time of other calls re question #5, but did recall multiple phone numbers as shown on complaint.

Received phone call this morning from 1-575-546-1575. Very scratchy reception and it sounded like many people in background. Asked if this (right name) was me and all I could understand was something about "This call is from Washington, D.C. and (garbled voice) ...$7,000.00." I told her I could not understand her and hung up.

Claimed to be the U.S. Government Grants Department and wanted to give me a $2500 grant. Was a female with an Indian accent. She requested my Checking Account Number or Credit Card number to make the "deposit".

caller called twice today. I ignored the first and answered the second 2 1/2 hrs later at 8pm eastern. call quality was scratchy. He asked me twice if I could hear him. I answered but he hung up. I tried to call back and got a disconnected beeping. the number said it was from colombia but he spoke perfect english

THE CALLER FROM 575 546 1575 CLAIMED THAT I AM RECEIVING A CALL BECAUSE MY NAME POPULATED ON A GOVERNMENT LIST AND THEY FOUND SOME MONEY IN MY NAME. (I KNOW HOW TO SEARCH FOR MY OWN MONEY AND I WORK FOR THE GOVERNMENT) I ADVISED THE GUY THAT HE SOUND LIKE HE WAS READING FROM A SCRIPT AND I COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND HIS ACCENT. HE BECAME VOLATILE, ACCENT WITH ROBOTIC VOICE DISAPPEARED, AND I HUNG UP ON HIM.

I just received the same call and he was trying to get my information so I said No Thank You and hung up. Is there a way to block them?

this number called me several times as well, i tried to call back and it said it was disconnected for me as well... the man had a broken columbian accent and said he was part of a government agency..
