Nobody responded when I answered the phone. When I dialed the number back, I got the message, "Your call can not be completed as dialed.".

They called on my cellphone no one talked when I answered the phone. I didn't call the number back, chalked it up to another garbage call.

I didn't answer. Many reports on 800notes.com that this number is a credit card scam.
