Got a call, asked who it was and got a recording telling me to press 3 if I wanted to be deleted. It just re-set the recording and it began again.

First got a recording about Visa and MasterCard services and my excellent credit for a better rate. Pressed 1 for a representative and asked for my number to be removed. He refused.

Just received a call from this number on my cell. When I answered, no one there. I returned the call. only a lot of screeching and a woman saying the number is not good. So is someone hiding under a fake number for their scam calls?
