I just got 2 phone calls from that number and the exact same voice msg was left twice... once i heard it from you guys, i know the voice is a recording and is sent out random auto dialing ppl. didnt ask for my name or didnt receive anything in the mail. also he called at my temp residence and not my primary residence.

Definitely a scam call. he was an officer (police) from ??? - Heavy accent. could barely speak English. Recommend you call your real local police.
